Why are my Friends' Flights not working?

In the event Flighty Friends is not working properly, please first check your system requirements.

System Requirements:

  • iCloud Drive must be enabled.

  • You must have available iCloud storage.

  • MDM or Enterprise profiles may block sharing.

  • Only send invites via iMessage or Apple Mail.

If the issue persists, please follow these troubleshooting steps.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Restart your device.

  • Share only via iMessage or Apple Mail.

  • Use the recipient’s Apple ID email address.

  • Try switching to cellular data.

  • Wait 5 minutes and try again.

Common Errors:

  • "Item Unavailable": Resend the invite to the email or phone number associated with the recipient’s Apple ID.

  • "Couldn't Add People": Check your internet connection and try again later.

  • Constant Spinner: Wait up to 2 minutes, then try the troubleshooting steps above.
