Why can't I find my flight in Flighty?
Our flight database is world-class, but aviation records prior to 2006 don’t exist, and data from 2006 to 2011 is often incomplete.
Sometimes a flight isn’t in our system yet, and may take 1 to 24 hours to appear.
The most common reasons you can't find your flight are:
The airline only recently added the flight, and our system is still syncing it.
The flight is far in the future, and the airline hasn’t submitted it yet.
Some airlines update the official flight database weekly instead of in real time.
The airline quietly changed your flight number. Try searching by route instead.
If your search turns up empty, we automatically get a report.
Other reasons include:
Airlines frequently adjusting schedules.
Your flight is still months away.
Some low-cost carriers only update once a week.
What if I still can't find my flight?
Wait a few hours and try again.
Tap “Tell us what’s wrong” at the bottom of the empty search screen to report it (we’ll review it, but you should not expect a reply)
Try searching by route in case the flight number changed.
For flights today, wait a few minutes and retry.
For future flights, wait a few hours and retry.
For past flights, add the flight manually
