What happens if I upgrade my Flighty account?
Upgrading accounts: You can upgrade from any subscription to an Annual or Annual Family plan at any time. Apple will automatically issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your previous plan. This typically takes up to five business days (but is often faster).
Individual Lifetime plans: If you recently paid for an individual Annual plan, but then upgraded to an Unlimited Lifetime plan, you may request a refund from Apple.
Please note: Flighty cannot issue credit for fully or partially used Annual plans, and we cannot apply previous payments toward a Lifetime upgrade.
How can I request a refund or credit from Apple?
Request a Refund from Apple here. Mention you are switching to a Lifetime plan.
Then go to Flighty → Settings → Flighty Pro → View Lifetime Plan to purchase.
Family Lifetime plans: Flighty no longer offers Family Lifetime plans. However, Annual Family plans are still available.
Other Upgrades
No other Flighty plan offers prorated refunds, as Apple does not currently support this functionality for those options.
