Flighty’s Crew Mode is designed for those who fly for work, like pilots, cabin crew, deadheaders, and more. When you set a flight’s Travel Reason → Crew, Flighty automatically suppresses non-essential notifications so you can focus on flying, while still receiving the updates that matter.

What changes in Crew Mode?

In Crew Mode, Flighty reduces notifications such as:

• Check-in reminders

• “Flight plan filed”

• Baggage claim updates

You’ll still get operational changes and alerts about the flight itself, but without the additional details.

How to set up Crew Mode

1. Open your flight in Flighty.

2. Set Travel Reason → Crew.

If you use Calendar Import, Flighty can automatically detect crew-style events and mark them as Crew for you — so future rosters are ready to go. You can change or remove the Crew setting at any time.
